Coborn features in Issue 43 of PECM and the article highlights the company’s enhancements to the PG4, CNC Planetary Grinding Machine, for SCD tool production. The improvements were due to be presented at this year’s GrindTec exhibition in March. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus, GrindTec has been postponed until November this year.
The introduction of the FG1C (Form Grinding Machine for SCD two-point and four-point tools), different financial options and the new Coborn Care Service Packages were also going to be presented at GrindTec. New applications such as the Screwdriver Station for the flagship RG9AR (Reciprocating Robot-Loading Grinding machine for PCD tools) were also due to be demonstrated.
